Thoughts and ideas on local, national and world events. Just wondering if we understand where we are going, what we are doing and where have we been.

Obama broken promises
Contributed by: Nathan Hatcher   on 11/11/2008

Well we can start now tracking the promises of President elect Barrack Obama now and see how many he goes back on. He has already changed the tax cut threshold from $250,000 down to $125,000 in his latest speeches. He is already backing off his promise to drill more. He hasn't even entered office yet. It is going to be time to please all the groups who backed him. Lets see what happens and I am going to help keep track of these broken promises. Look for an attack on the first and second amendments in the US constitution with a reprise of the fairness doctrine and pending restrictions on gun ownership.

Hey we have our own example here in Colorado Bill Ritter is a great example of someone who can convince the electorate he is not as far left in ideology as he really is.
