A freeze warning remains in effect from 9 p.m. this evening to 9 a.m. MDT Thursday. Colder air will pour into northeastern Colorado from the north today behind a cold front. Scattered rain and snow showers will change to all snow tonight with low temperatures expected to be in the 25 to 30 degree range. Little or no snow accumulation is expected. A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other sensitive outdoor vegetation. If possible... move plants indoors to protect them from the cold. Those with sprinkler systems should prepare their equipment for the below freezing temperatures.
