Yoga is shown to increase your flexibility, mobility and strength, as well as to improve your feeling of well-being. Class meets weekly on both Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Punch card: $25 for 5 punches; $50 for 12 punches. Or you may pay by the class: $7 per single class.
