WHAT: TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a supportive weight loss group. We meet weekly to encourage members to meet their weight loss goals in a caring, motivational, and fun atmosphere. Low cost. Come and join us!
WHEN: Every Monday evening, except holidays. Weigh in time: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Meetings start at 7:15 p.m.
