What:	Join this fun, walking program. Participants walk on their own and meet monthly to track their progress. Monthly meeting include incentives, chance to have your blood pressure taken, chair massage, and a relevant health topic discussion. March Topic: Laughter Yoga, a blend of playful, empowering and otherwise "tension-releasing" simple laughter exercises. April Topic: Jin Shin Jyutsu, an ancient healing art that helps to balance the vital energy of the whole person- body, mind, and spirit.
