The day is finally here my friends! Van Halen has not broken up again and will, for the most part be playing at the Pepsi Center. Of course Micheal Anthony (the only true VH bassist) will not be present, replaced by Eddie Van Halen's son, Wolfgang.

As in my last report on VH, I've heard nothing but good reviews about the ongoing tour. I did "Jump" for four tickets when they went on sale and will be rockin' out in the next few hours. It's been 20 years since David Lee Roth has been on the same stage with Eddie and if any of you know me, you know I'm going to the show. A song I know says it best, "Everybody wants some, I want some too!"

That's right, I'll be "Runnin' with the Devil" until the cows come home. Why would a man my age go to a VH concert? Because I'm the "Atomic Punk." I hope to be doin' a little "Sinner's Swing" or I might "Dance the Night Away" while I'm there. I'll be sure to "Take Your Whiskey Home" but if you're not there, "I'll Wait."

Enough of that! I bring VH up in casual conversation on occasion and it amazes me as to how well known the group is. At the last VH concert, ala Sammy Hagar, I saw a wide age group from young to Middle-aged folks. At the ripe age of 16 years-old, I witnessed the Monsters of Rock Tour. VH was of course the headliner and I remember seeing the same mixture of age amongst the fans. I marvel at the music this band produces because it's universal rock. It almost makes me forget about the childish drama the band constantly goes through behind the scenes.

I hope to see you all there! You do have tickets, don't you? A friend of mine doesn't and now "Jamie's Cryin."
