People of all ages and levels of health can learn the slow, gentle

turning and stretching moves of Taoist Tai Chi Society ® taijiquan
(tai chi). Designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance, tai chi
also improves over-all well being and reduces stress.

The Taoist Tai Chi Societyof the USA is now starting four-month Beginning classes at 1060 Bannock Street in Denver and soon at 7560 Sheridan Blvd., Westminster . Health Recovery classes are also held weekly.
