JOINT VENTURE CASA IN MEXICO

If you have ever had any desire to own vacation home in Mexico, consider joining me and some others in building a place in Chacala Mexico.
I'm not selling anything, not a realtor, only making a feeble attempt to find others possibly able to talk about involvement in a future investment.
The first step you should take is : Google " chacala mexico", you will find a small beach front village of about 550 people that is opening up to the idea of residential sites for locals and individuals building, what could be a modest retirement village.
I doubt it will ever have a time share future.
