The newest country western nightclub to hit the Mile High City is the Electric Cowboy located at 8811 Harlan Street in Westminster. A smiling, friendly staff is ready to greet you at this lively, fun, high energy establishment. From the wall sized murals of the American and Colorado State flag, to the state of the art sound system, the Electric Cowboy has much to offer everyone. Although the theme is primarily country with an emphasis on country western dancing, the club offers just enough top forty and rock and roll music to add a kick to this night club experience.

Electric Cowboy is operated by Keith Lawyer Management Company Inc. out of Houston Texas. Keith Lawyer, in partnership with Graham Bros. Entertainment of Midland, Texas and M. Till, Inc. of Tyler Texas, operate 39 country western nightclubs in 10 States. A few of the nightclubs across the country include the Cherokee Country Club out of Baytown, Texas, Rockin' Rodeo in Bossier City, Louisiana, Denim and Diamonds in Temple, Texas. The two Cactus Canyon nightclubs here in Greely and Grand Junction are part of the nightclub franchise as well. Graham Bros. was founded in 1968 by Herbert Graham. Mr. Lawyer worked in management for Graham Bros. for 6 years before founding his own company. Marshall Till worked 5 years for Keith Lawyer Mgt. before founding his own company as well.

In addition to running 39 night clubs Keith Lawyer is active in many volunteer & service organizations, including Crime Stoppers, Justice for All, Houston Police Officer Civil Service Commission (appointed by Mayor White), foreman of the Harris County Grand Jury, and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Herbert Graham has been honored as West Texas' leading philanthropist and Entrepreneur of the year. All partners involved are very excited for this new venture in Colorado and the continued success of the Cactus Canyon in Greely and Grand Junction.

Electric Cowboy is open Wednesday through Sunday evenings at 7pm with the exception of Friday when the doors open at 5pm for happy hour. Line dance lessons are offered on Friday nights at 7pm and couples dance lessons are offered on Wednesday night at 7:30pm. Wednesday night is College night; free admission with college id and $1.00 drink specials until 11pm. Thursday is Ladies night; free admission for ladies and .75 cent drink specials until 11pm. Friday we open at 5pm for happy hour with $1.50 Coronas and Coors products with no cover charge until 7pm. Sunday is our industry appreciation night with free admission with any service oriented pay stub, name tag, or business card and $1.00 drink specials all night long.
