Try Taoist Tai Chi Society® taijiquan (tai chi) FREE in local parks for the rest of July!

First FREE session is Sunday, July 13, 11 a.m.- 1 p.m., at Torii Square Park in Westminster, southeast corner of 76th and Lowell. Second FREE session is on Saturday, July 26, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in Cheeseman Park, west end on 9th Avenue. And finally, drop by our booth at the 8th Annual Dragon Boat Festival at Sloan's Lake, Saturday-Sunday, July 26-27.

People of all ages and levels of health can learn the slow, gentle turning and stretching moves of tai chi. Designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance, tai chi also improves over-all well being and reduces stress. Health Recovery classes are also held weekly.
