On 11/23/2005
Contributed by: Leonard Moulder on 12/9/2005

Hilda Sperandeo who was a teacher of Senior members at Avada Senior Center sice 1986 passed on the day before Thanksgiving, For last two years she was at living at an assisted living in Littleton, CO. But over the years had conducted a weekly class for "Life Stories" at the Arvada Senior Center. Over many years there were a lot of  Seniors who enjoyed her classes and many were published by magazines and societies interested in Senior activities.

We all loved Hilda and her kindly guidance with the members of her classes. She encouraged all her pupils to write just what they felt was apprppriate and whatever seemed to be their "thing". Over the last ten years she developed a lot of Seniors into excellent writers, Discussions of our problems were brought up on occasion and therby improvements weeeere made.

We miss Hilda but have carried on with a new teacher Linda Bridges!
