Walk for Jessica raises $12,000

ARVADA - At least $12,000 was raised in Jessica's Run, to benefit Jessica Hackbart and her family.

A fire destroyed the family home of Terry and Martha Hackbart of Arvada, and then a week later Jessica was recently in a serious car accident that left her with a long rehabilitation and a big medical bill.

Dozens came out to walk near the North Area Athletic Complex and the Arvada Reservoir.

Donations cam be made at any First Bank branches along the Front Range.
