Video: Thong bandits rob gas station
Contributed by: Susan Medina on 5/29/2008

Two crooks tried to disguise their identities by covering their faces with women's thong underwear during a robbery of an Arvada Diamond Shamrock gas station, 6802 Wasdworth Blvd., on May 16 just before 5 a.m.

It's believed two Hispanic men entered the business with the brightly colored underwear over their faces and demanded cash from the clerk on duty.

The suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes. They were not armed during the robbery.
