Tips generated from surveillance video played by media outlets of the Arvada Diamond Shamrock gas station robbery on May 16 led to the arrest of Joseph R. Espinoza. Espinoza turned himself into Arvada Police on June 4 after learning police wanted to question him about his role in the robbery. Espinoza is being charged with kidnapping and robbery. He was wearing the blue thong. Cross and tribal tattoos were on Espinoza.

Arvada police continue to look for the second bandit Joaquin Rico, described as 5'10", 190 lbs, with brown hair and eyes. He lives in the area of Edgewater and frequents Sloans Lake area. Rico has a felony theft warrant for his arrest out of Wheat Ridge Police. If you spot Rico, call 911.
