CAR GETS EGGED, FLOURED AND BOLOGNAED
On Nov. 1 at 11:05 a.m., officers received a phone call from a 48-year-old Arvada woman who told police that sometime between 8 p.m. on Oct. 31 and 7 a.m. on Nov. 1 her car had been egged. Flour, bologna and gum were also found on the woman's 1993 red Subaru Impreza. No other damage was reported. The female could not provide any suspect names.
"WHY ARE YOU IN MY CAR?"
On Nov. 2 at 3:54 a.m., officers received a call from 26-year-old Arvada man reporting a trespasser. The man told police that after parking his car in the front of his house and going into his residence for about five minutes, upon returning to his vehicle, he witnessed a white male sitting in the driver seat of his car. He asked the unknown man, "Why are you in my car?" The trespasser replied, "You owe my friend some money." After a brief verbal exchange, the trespasser fled from the location, got into a car and drove away. It was later discovered that the thief stole a black, eight-gigabyte iPod, an orange, 2008 Motorola Sidekick cell phone and a Samsung cell phone. The total value of the stolen property was $570. No arrests have been made in this case.

DRUNK KIDS GET ARRESTED AT DENNY'S
On Nov. 6 at 2:12 a.m., officers responded to the Denny's restaurant at 9930 W. 49th Ave., in reference to drunken parties. Upon approach, officers witnessed a male urinating behind the restaurant. When asked if he had anything to drink that night, he told police that he had "a couple of beers." Two of his passengers, both underage, were discovered by police to have the "distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage" on their breaths. When officers searched the driver, they located a glass marijuana pipe in his left jacket pocket. The driver was arrested and later released to his "sober" grandmother. The underage passengers were both released to their parents.
