Boy Scouts of Troop 346, Arvada, opened the Colorado House of Representative session on Friday morning, Feb. 16, as guests of Representative
Sara Gagliardi. Present were

Reece Bolin,
Jordan Connell,
William Funk,
Eric Gehrke,
Marcus Holstein,
Andrew McGrath and
Davis Oaks, and Assistant Scoutmaster
Martin Bobroske.
The boys were honored to open the House session by leading the Pledge of Allegiance. They also took a tour of the Capitol, listened to presentations in the Senate and worked on their
Citizenship in the Community merit badge.
Governor Ritter also took time from his busy schedule to meet the scouts. Earlier in the week, Rep. Gagliardi and Arvada City Councilman
Aaron Azari met with the scouts to discuss citizenship rights and responsibilities and government organization and duties. The scouts wish to thank all those who serve in government office.
