On Monday Sept.3rd I took my 7 year to the giants game for his birthday . It started off as a great day , We were able to get his mitt and hat autographed by a couple of players . Our seats were very good and expensive ( Section 222 Row 5 Seat 13,14,15 )The cost is the reason we did not take the whole family . My son will have these seat numbers memorized forever . In the first inning the guy in front of us around 45 years old caught a foul ball , My son thought that was so cool . The rockies were winning and we were having a great time and then in the seventh inning a foul ball was hit towards us . I stood up to catch it and as I reached for it I started to fall over , My son started to reach for it when he fell into the seat with his rib cage .The ball landed right in front of his feet , He was crying from the fall so I reached down to get it and the guy in front of us jumped back reached under the seat and grabbed it .He then turned and gave it to the teenager sitting next to him . SO not only was my son hurt he aslo did not get the ball , At this point the female usher who saw everything came down to see if he was alright . After checking on Steven she went down to the guy who had taken the ball and told him that Steven got hurt and that the ball should have been his , and that if he gets another one would he please give it to him . After she left I heard the guy tell his wife he should give the ball he caught in the 1st inning to Steven , She told him he caught it and he was keeping it .The day was still good but could have ended better so I would like to take Steven the rest of the family and some friends to a game so they can see the enjoyment he gets in watching the Rockies . Thanks
