West Woods Men's Club seeks new members

Uncle Sam; Uno, Dos, Tres and a Member/Guest event are just a few of the 13 tournaments slated for play by the West Woods Men's Club for the 2007 golf season. Also included are a two-day Club Championship and a Match Play event with all tournaments scheduled for Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Founded in 1994, the West Woods Men's Club is recruiting new members for the 2007 season and invites players of all abilities to join one of the largest public men's golf organizations in the state.
"From scratch golfers to players who are just taking up golf, the West Woods Men's Club welcomes anyone who enjoys the game and want to compete against players of similar abilities," said President Jeff Biddle. "We truly believe we have one of the finest clubs in the state playing at a great golf course."
For more information or to join, go to the club's web site at www.westwoodsmensclub.com, or attend the club's preseason meeting at the West Woods Golf Club Restaurant on Friday March 16th at 7 p.m.
Downloadable applications are available on the web site in the Membership area for those who would like to join, as well as those who want only to establish a handicap without tournament privileges.
