Have you always dreamed of visiting Paris in the springtime? Dreamed of seeing Monet's paintings come to life at his home? Dreamed of strolling along the glittering shores of the Cote d' Azur? The City Lights Travel Club, a travel club just for women, is planning an 11-day French Impressions tour to Paris, Provence and the French Riviera on April 17 , 2008.

While spending three nights in Paris, you will take a river cruise down the Seine, dine inside the Eiffel Tower, and enjoy a special guided tour of the Orsay Museum which showcases an impressionist art collection. The last evening will be spent at the oldest cabaret theater in Paris, the Paradis Latin.

From Paris, the tour will board the TGV high-speed train to visit the charming countryside of Provence and the papal city of Avignon where the next three nights will be spent. A visit to the famed vineyards of Provence will include a tour and tasting at a local winery.

The final three nights will be spent exploring the playground of the rich and famous, including a journey to St Tropez, a popular resort for artists and movie stars. After a stop in Cannes, it's off to Nice, situated on the glittering shores of the Mediterranean. From here, sightseeing will include a local flower market, the famous Casino of Monte Carlo, and learning the secrets of perfume-making when visiting a perfumerie.

France is at is finest in the spring, with mild temperatures and few crowds. The rate for this 11-day tour is $3,499 for double occupancy, $4,499 for single occupancy. This includes 15 meals, airfare from DIA, 4-star accommodations, hotel transfers, and taxes. To make a reservation, a $200 deposit is due prior to October 17, 2007.
