Description:
Self Defense classes at Sunrise Elementary School Every Friday evening from august 2009 to May 2010. Starting august 28th. Call for cancellations due to school closings.

Class times are as follows: Beginners/Intermediate from 6:00 to 7:00 pm
Sparring from 7:00 to 7:30 pm. Advanced from 7:30 to 9:00
Ages and times subject ot change based on number of students enrolled for sememster.
We accept ages 5 to 15 for the Kids program, But we do have Beginner classes for kids and
Adults on Mondays at Indian RIdge elementary in the fall and spring.
