Free Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class

What:	NEXT › ‹ PREVIOUS FREE Arthritis Foundation Exercise Classes, led by a certified instructor, are being offered to seniors by Cherry Creek Retirement Village. This popular class is a fun-filled, low-impact program which has ben shown to help people with arthritis increase their joint flexibility and relieve arthritis pain and stiffness. Taken either sitting down or standing, this program features gentle, joint-safe movements and can be adapted for various fitness levels. Cherry Creek Retirement Village is committed to providing a quality lifestyle to our residents.
