Self Defense classes at Sunrise Elementary School Every Friday evening from Septmeber to August. Starting January 9th. Call for cancellations due to school closings.

Bring friends and have fun. Class times are as follows:

Beginners /Intermediate from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Sparring from 7:00 to 7:30 pm

Advanced from 7:30 to 9:00

Ages and times subject to change based on number of students enrolled for semester.

We accept ages 5 to 17 for the Kids program, But we do have Beginner classes for Younger kidson Mondays at Elementary on Mondays.
