Kids Self Defense and Adult

What:	Self Defense classes at Indian Ridge Elementary School Every Monday evening from September to August. Starting January 5th. Call for cancellations due to school closings. Bring Friend and have fun. Class times are as follows: Beginnersfrom 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Adults 7:00 to 8:00 pm Ages and times subject ot change based on number of students enrolled for sememster. We accept ages 5 to 15 for the Kids program, But we do have advanced classes for older kids and higher ranks on Fridays at Sunrise elementary. Beginners are on Mondays at Indian Ridge Elementary.
