What:	NEXT › ‹ PREVIOUS Experience a night at the theater for a great local cause. Excelsior Youth Center invites you to a special showing of "Beauty and the Beast" at the Littleton Town Hall Arts Center. Thanks to Fred Jauch and RBC Wealth Management tickets to the show are complimentary, but donations are welcomed. All donations will benefit Excelsior's cosmetology program. Seating is limited. Reserve tickets by emailing kathyg@excelsioryc.org or calling 303-693-1550x331. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for refreshments and desserts served by cosmetology students. The program starts at 7 p.m. with the curtain call at 7:30 p.m. Beauty and the Beast: Step into the enchanted world of Broadway's modern classic, Disney's "Beauty and the Beast." Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature, the stage version features all the wonderful songs from the film plus new tunes written for the Broadway version. The show is directed by Chris Willard. Excelsior's Cosmetology Department: Each semester, approximately 40 girls participate in Excelsior's fully licensed cosmetology classes. Many girls graduate from the program to become hair stylists and cosmetologists. The program includes training in hair styling and shaping, scalp treatments, chemical hair relaxing, permanent waves, artificial nails, facials, manicures and pedicures. Donations from "Beauty and the Beast" will assist the cosmetology school with supplies and replacing worn appliances.
