How you have contributed to the community: I was one of the founding members of the DAT Minyan, a new shul which meets at the Denver Academy of Torah.I have also served as an election judge, and have been a delegate to the state Republican convention. As a blogger, I've covered issues of state and national interest.
What are the biggest issues facingyour constituency now:
Taxes, which are going up heading into a recession; the need for
free market health care reforms that trust people to make decisions about their own care and their own money;
energy, and the need to free up supply at the same time that individuals and businesses experiment with the best way to become more efficient and reduce demand;
property rights, which threaten to throw property markets into chaos; water, which will be in increasingly short supply.
