The nomadic life often associated with those serving in the military leads to special needs when it comes to housing, and Keller Williams mega agent Len Kosakowski, CRS, GRI, has the experience to meet the needs of military personnel, especially those who may be new to the Denver area.
Because Kosakowski spent 22 years in the Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, he is particularly well versed in the needs of military personnel and has focused his real estate career on making it easier for them to own or rent homes. Last October, Kosakowski's Peak Performers team opened an office across the street from the Buckley Air Force Base and the Aerospace Data Facility along 6 th Avenue. "The new location was designed so that our services are easily accessible to the military serving at Buckley," said Kosakowski. "Making it convenient for our clients was an important enhancement to the services we offer."
Other agents on Kosakowski's Peak Performer's team also have military background
s. "Because so many of our agents have military experience, we are better able to anticipate the needs of our military clients," said Kosakowski. "As a result, newly assigned personnel will often walk in our door as soon as they arrive on base." The Peak Performers manage approximately 100 rental properties in addition to the other real estate services they offer, and the majority of their business last year came from Buckley personnel.
The Buckley office is a "mega agent" satellite office of Keller Williams Denver East, located at 562 Sable Blvd. Last year, Kosakowski's team closed 131 units for sales of $134 million. Kosakowski opted to join Keller Williams five years ago because of the ownership opportunities, and he is currently an owner in several offices.
