Editor,

I have worked with Tom Tobiassen on the Aurora Citizens' Water Advisory Committee (CWAC) for the past four years. During that time Tom has been a very strong advocate for the citizens of Aurora. He has worked tirelessly to keep water rates and restrictions reasonable while ensuring the adequacy of our water supply. Tom Tobiassen is a candidate for the Board of Directors of the Regional Transportation Authority representing District F. Tom Tobiassen is strongly committed to the completion of the light rail connections we Aurorans were promised when we voted for FasTracks. I have every reason to believe that Tom Tobiassen will bring the same commitment to the Citizens of Aurora on the RTD Board that he has displayed on the CWAC. I am supporting Tom Tobiassen for the RTD Board and hope you will too.

Tom Tobiassen is far and away the best candidate for RTD District F. He is dedicated, always does his homework and will do an excellent job in representing all of us.

While still on Aurora's City Council I worked with Tom in his capacity as Planning Commissioner for the City of Aurora and saw the same commitment to the residents of Aurora. Tom will be a great asset to the RTD Board. All the voters in RTD District F are very fortunate to have such a knowledgable and dedicated candidate to support. Vote for Tom!

I worked with Tom Tobiassen when we were on the Citizen's Advisory Budget Committee (CABC) together, and he demonstrated the same commitment to excellence as described above by Don Lindemann. Tom has my vote!
