Spend some time with friends, practice your putting skills or engage the entire family in a friendly bit of competition at the City of Aurora's Bicentennial Mini Golf Course, which opens March 22.
Several discounts days are scheduled to usher in the season:
•Get 36 holes of golf for the price of 18 during spring break, March 22 to 27.
•Take Mom to play miniature golf on Mother's Day, May 11. Her admission is free.
•On Memorial Day May 26, play 36 holes of golf for the price of 18.
The city-owned Bicentennial Mini Golf Course is located at 13600 E. Bayaud Ave., just north of Alameda Avenue off of Potomac Street, and is open from noon to 5 p.m. daily from March 22 to March 30, from noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays from April 5 to May 25 and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily starting May 26.
Prices for a round of 18 holes is $4.50 for ages 13 and older, $3.50 for children age 6 to 12 and $1.50 for children age 5 and under. Discounts are available for seniors age 62 and older, City of Aurora employees and groups of 15 or more. Birthday party packages also are available.
