NABA starts stuffing for Saturday's 'Scramble'
Contributed by: Jeff Martinez on 3/28/2007

On Tuesday, several 'eggstatic' volunteers helped officials at the Northern Aurora Business Association (NABA) get ready for its upcoming Egg Scramble by stuffing toys and treats into more than 10,000 plastic eggs.

With the Scramble set for 12 noon March 3 1, at Aurora City Park, volunteers feverishly worked to fill the plastic eggs. Each worked carefully, however, to ensure that Scramble participants find an 'eggciting' surprise in each oval offering--from pre-wrapped candy and bubble gum to bracelets and pencil sharpeners.

Now in its 18th year, NABA's annual Egg Scramble has become one of the biggest springtime events for Aurora families. The event generally attracts more than 1,000 youngsters and their parents to Aurora City Park, located at 16 th and Dayton. The event also attracts several vendors and businesses to participate in a family-oriented resource fair.

For more information about Saturday's event, call Pam Wilson, executive director, 303-361-6169.

Established in 1968, The Northern Aurora Business Association (NABA) is a non-profit membership organization that addresses the needs of businesses at work in and near Aurora's historic northern neighborhoods.
