In order to be a Megastar you must be able to dream. As a high school student at Peak to Peak in Lafayette, Colorado, I had not learned that yet. I can recall a teacher named Mr.Harris who pushed me to my limit everyday mentally, physically and sometimes even emotionally. I much of the time resisted his persistence to teach me how to eat and exercise correctly.

After high school it finally hit me what he was trying to teach me. With a proper lifestyle that included exercise and nutrition, I was able to fulfill my dreams. After going from 250lbs to 170lbs I had achieved my dreams and became and Megastar. As one former student said to me, "if only Mr.Harris could see you now". I am a Megastar today, but Mr.Harris is a Mega Mega MegaStar.
