Literally Leonard: No 9/11, Osama link
Contributed by: Leonard Muniz on 10/5/2006

(Editor's note: This letter was written in response to a column by Richard Becker. To read it, visit http://denver.yourhub.com/BROOMFIELD/Stories/Sound-Off/Letter-to-the-Editor/Story~126418.aspx)

Richard Becker and other Republicans keep trying to tie Osama with Saddam because they want to fool the American people into thinking that Iraq had something to do with 9/11 and they refuse to admit the horrible mistake of attacking Iraq, thereby, hopefully changing peoples minds about voting for the Republicans, who are ruining our country.

Sure Osama and Saddam's emissaries met. Even Becker's column stated "The
guerrilla leader (Osama) turned the emissaries away out of a pious man's contempt for President Saddam's secular bathist regime." But Karl Rove and Abramoff met too, that doesn't mean Karl was involved in corruption too does it?

The FBI and CIA both evidenced that of the 19 terrorists that were responsible for 9/11, 15 of them came from Saudi Arabia, the other four from Syria and Pakistan. They also proved that the funding came from Saudi Arabia. There was absolutely NO CONNECTION OF 9/11 BY IRAQ.

But enough of that. The Broomfield Veteran's Memorial Museum is having a Veteran's day celebration to honor all American Veterans at the Broomfield Auditorium, 3 Community Park Drive,Nov. 10th at 10a.m. There will be no charge. Everyone is invited, especially Veteran's and their families. We invite Democrats, Republicans, and Independents. There will be wonderful intertwinement, bands, choirs, important speakers and color guard to honor all our veterans, past and present Please come.
