Blog Entry 3 of 32 The Buff Stops Here: CU and Boulder news for students and residents
You're going to be fine. Take a deep breath and realize that being a college student only happens for a four (or five, or maybe even six) year period in your life. Take the time to enjoy it. Do you need to know what's going on around you in Boulder? Want to connect to other CU students around? This blog is going to help you get the most out of CU and Boulder as you can, with interviews, the latest news about CU and Boulder that effects you and links to resources for CU students.

There's gold in them there walls!

The Colorado Daily ran a story today about how 'hazardous' mold was found in room 110 of Woodbury. For those of you without a perfect memory, Woodbury is the building that houses the offices of advisors for Arts and Sciences, among other things.

When I was reading the Daily's story, I couldn't help but think -- uh, most of these buildings are old. They are going to have mold in them. I also couldn't help but think about that episode of King of the Hill called After the Mold Rush. Could the university be duped by some one looking to make a buck off an insurance company? Doubtful, but it would be funny. Heck, the president ofthe university is even named Hank. Hank Brown. Hank Hill. Couldn't you picture a " That boy ain't right" coming out of Hank Brown?

I want to know what you think. Where are the places on campus you think are ideal breeding grounds for mold? Do you like breathing mold and getting lightheaded and having allergic reactions? Post your own story about it or blog it up.

I've seen that King of the Hill. I love it how Hank Hill always finds a way to get back at people who screw with him.
