May 11: I get my car-free commuter award

Well, obviously Brendan Leonard's great ride on my behalf did not happen last week, since the city of Boulder opted to reschedule its awards ceremony to May 11. But still, I appreciate Brendan's willingness to sweat profusely.

So here's the deal: I will be receiving my Car-free Commuter of the Year award at the following ceremony. It's invitation-only, unfortunately, so I can't invite my readers... But after that's over I'll be hitting a happy hour somewhere downtown. So check this blog closer to the date, and I'll keep you posted where that will be. Join me for a drink if you like.
