So I want your opinion:
If you were in the grocery store and you had to choose between Gatorade and Powerade, which would you choose? Why would you pick that particular drink? Be specific...this is important stuff!

I would Pick Powerade due to the type of sugar used. Gatorade use normal glucose where as Powerade uses a different type of glucose, polymers. Studies have shown that polymers such as maltodextrin are absorbed into the body fast. Although Gatorade has a high level of sodium content (almost twice that of Powerade), I am more interested in the sugar level when in the middle of a run as it is much easer to get sodium from day to day foods then it is to when a slightly higher sugar spike is needed (about 6gms Gatorade to Powerade’s 8gms).

Gatorade... I've always thought of Powerade as a cheap imitation, I guess. Plus, I like Gatorade's packaging better. Don't know why, but 'tis the fickle mind of a consumer.

Gatorade Biaaaa. More partial to the brand, better advertised I guess. But I don't think one tastes better than the other, and I don't know the difference in nutritional value... what is the difference? Tell me things. I need more info. here... P.S. I can see you cause you're sitting next to me.
