For all my die hard readers out there,I would like to share some of my opinions on the beauty of the unfolding of events in the universe.
I live my life by a single mantra, and have lived by it ever sinceI can remember.
"Everything always works out."
It's so simple.
Bob Marley
said, "Every little thing is gonna be alright."
The
Dali Lama
said, "If you have a problem that can be solved you need not worry about it since it can be solved, and if you have a problem that cannot be solved, you needn't worry about , for it cannot be solved -- so dont worry" (that's from
Seven Years in Tibet
, fyi).
I am perpetually awed by the way the universe always finds a way to fix any problem.
If you have ever seen the movie
The Secret
, it explains why the universe has this magical power. It is not the universe that solves the problems. But ourselves.
We attract the thoughts that we think. It is the most powerful law in the universe. It is the law of attraction. The law of manifesting your thoughts. It is the law of creating your own reality.
Every thought you have has power. When you think positive , positive things happen. When you think bad, nasty, negative thoughts, that is also what is created. Thinking positive doesn't help you feel better. But it is the fact that you feel good that magnitizes the thoughts you have, and brings them into your life.
Our feelings and emotions can then be used as a life compass. When you are going down the right path, and doing the right things, you feel good. When you are creating resistance, and not doing what you should be doing, you feel bad. You get angry, or sad, or get that nasty sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach.
Emotions are not something to be controlled. Nor are they something to try and hide. (fact: men do in fact, have emotions. most just hide them). They are a guidance system. They help us on our individual journeys though life. When we think a thought that we get a really positive feeling out of, we should keep thinking that thought. When we start to feel bad, sad, or mad, we need to drop that thought and pick up a new one.
Our minds are made up of a mixture of memories, thoughts, prayers, and imaginary thoughts. These are our pasts, presents and futures. We learn from the past. And use our thoughts to create our futures.
I try every day to practice careful thinking. AfterI realized how true the law of attraction is,I have been much more aware of my thoughts. I realize whenI think happy thoughts, and whenI think bad thoughts.
No matter what the problem you have, you have the power to fix it ... easily. We live in a wonderous universe. All the problems you had are gone right now as you read this.I know because you are sitting at your computer reading this. If you had real problems ... you wouldn't be here reading my blog.
Basically, don't worry...be happy. So that you bring more joy and happiness into your life.
