Blog Entry 23 of 81 Travis Henry
Travis Henry discusses life at Examiner.com and other current events.

A river runs through him
Contributed by: Travis Henry   on 7/14/2006

My resident contrarian on the YourHub.com staff is outwardly gruff, complains a little too much and is forever trying to fool the parking police of downtown Denver. But he's also one of the most excellent writers in the building, if not the state.

He's definitely got science on the brain too much for me and I suspect he would be much happier if he could just be on a stream flyfishing day after day.

I've never had the heart to tell Jeff Thomas I have no idea what he is talking about when he waxes on and on about tying flies and what kind of cast he uses in different areas. But as a journalist, he's pretty damn good.

Whether it is the novel crime story he picks up before anyone else, a breaking science story, or an entertaining blog entry, Jeff is a fun read.

Now if he would just be a little more agreeable with his boss.

Check out Jeff's blog at h ttp://denver.yourhub.com/~fishinhell.
