Heres my comment. I am going to be out raged. ( Because the last time I knew all of the U.S. tax payers paiid for Homeland secruity and my husband pays for them through his taxes. so i hope the D.A. is right. because it will the bigest embarestment if she's not and the biggest waste of tax payers money. Also for that we should be allowed at least to see the trail if ther is going to be one.

Michael Tracey accused other people of the crime in his fraudulant documentaries. All the while he has been emailing with Karr. Check out Tracey's fraudulant documentaries: http://villagevoice.com/news/0634,ortega,74227,2.html

I would like to see the media wait a bit before convicting someone. They say the suspect has knowledge of facts not released to the public. How many people worked on this case over the last ten years? And none of them talked to anyone about these details? How many people confess each year to high profile crimes they did not commit? Maybe the guy did it and maybe he didn't. Please let the police investigate before the lynching begins.

I wish people would reserve judgement until we learn some facts. The press are already announcing the case has been solved when we don't know anything about this guy. This is the first time he's ever appeared on the radar and it's because of a CU professor, Michael Tracey, who is trying, again, to profit from this tragedy by authoring another book. Karr's own relatives are all saying he was with them Christmas 1996. They have nothing to gain by lying. I'm thinking he and Tracey are using the confession for their own personal gain. Karr was facing time in a Thai prison! Suddenly he confesses to this crime and is extradited to the US. How convenient. And Mr. Tracey is back in the headlines as his book is about to be published. Again, how convenient.

I do not believe this person was/is the killer. He sounds like a very sick person but after 10 years even if he knows details that had "Not" been released with all the hundreds of people who have worked on this case I would imagine many details have been "released" that were not "official release" information. I believe that one person who killed her died this summer and the other is still walking around free. The Boulder Police messed up big time and I do not think this will ever be solved unless Johm Ramsey leaves a confession when he dies.

Two good theories, one of which has already been shown to be true.

Remember Professor Michael Tracey of Coloradoand his theory of two pedophile intruders? News reports today claim that in the last few months Karr had been in contact with a professor (unnamed) in Colorado regarding the case and this professor contacted police who then arrested Karr. Could this unnamed professor be Michael Tracey?

The world is once again captivated by this tragedy. I'd like to think the mystery of who brutally killed JonBenet Ramsey has been solved. However, my nagging feeling is John Mark Karr is a nut, a pedophile, a false confesser. Perhaps he has been obsessed with the story, studied it endlessly and replayed what he believes happened the night of the murder so many thousands of times in his mind he has, essentially, implanted his own false memory. I hope I am wrong. May the evidence prevail.
