What:	BGBG Monthly Lunch Presentation: Green Building and the Law: How to Avoid Common Green Building Pitfalls in Design Professional Agreements The green building industry has grown so quickly that few professionals have had time to consider the legal issues that are arising in this area of the law. This seminar will provide an overview of recent claims made to insurance carriers and it will address best practices for design professionals in their contracts. The seminar will be presented by Victoria Hamilton, Esq., a corporate attorney who focuses her practice in sustainable development and serves on the Board of Directors of the Boulder Green Building Foundation.
