Leading and Developing Top Talent (LDTT)
LDTT is a three-day program offered November 16th, 17th & 18th where participants will learn and apply the critical skills and behaviors needed to manage and lead top talent. Specific areas of focus include: hiring, engaging, developing and retaining high-performing individuals and teams. In addition participants will have the opportunity to interact with an Executive Leadership Panel comprised of leaders from Level 3, CH2M Hill, Vail Resorts, Sun Microsystems and Corporate Express/Staples. This course will benefit anyone who is responsible for hiring, managing, developing, engaging and retaining talented employees.

The principles taught in LDTT will allow participants to take the skills and understanding of the business world to the next level and walk away with ideas they can apply immediately.

Covered topics include: the talent advantage, the leadership connection, selecting and hiring top talent, high performance employees and teams, building your bench, keeping top talent engaged, committed & retained and your leadership plan.

Cost is $2,400 which includes three days of instruction by industry professionals, educational materials and resources, on-campus parking, continental breakfast and lunch. Limited to 20 participants.
