Description: With 151 tequilas, (and counting), Zolo has decided to share and celebrate our love for tequila from November to March with 151 Days of Tequila. We'll kick the month off with a Milagro Cocktail Contest and Kickoff Party to see which Mixologist in Colorado can mix up the best Tequila Cocktail in town. Then on to December 8th for Tequila 101, a chance to learn the history, basic elements, terminology and the building blocks for your tequila knowledge paired with delicious food by Chef Brett Smith. January 21st marks another chance to try great southwestern fare and taste more tequila with a Tequila Dinner. Next we'll be sampling some of the finest tequilas in the world and learning about all things tequila at our Tequila Fest on February 21st. And to wrap it all up join us on March 31st for El Jefe de Tequila, a delicious tequila inspired dinner benefitting a local charity with special alumni and TOP CHEF Season Five winner Hosea Rosenberg.
