Former District Attorney Mary Lacy and former ADA Pete Maguire have formed a new law firm, Lacy & Maguire Law Firm, focusing on criminal law and elder law.
Lacy and Maguire worked together for over twenty years in the Boulder District Attorneys Office. Together they prosecuted many of the county's highest profile criminals. Lacy could not run for office again due to term limits on the office of District Attorney. Mary and Pete hope to use their extensive trial skills in their new law firm. They are also focusing on Elder Law based on their experience with fraud against elders while at the District Attorneys Office.
Mary worked as a bank Trust Officer with the elderly for five years prior to joining the Boulder District Attorney's Office. Lacy and Maguire can be contacted at:
