Foothills United Way has added four new members to its volunteer Board of Directors. The additions were made at the United Way's recent Annual Meeting.

The newly elected members are:

-- Jon Kottke, Attorney-at-law and Partner, Kottke and Brantz
-- Carol Lathrop, former co-owner, Rental Center of Louisville and member, Boulder County Business Hall of Fame
-- Victoria Marschner, Certified Public Accountant

Susan Levy of Boulder Valley Women's Health Center was appointed to the Board of Directors, representing the Association of Agency Executives (AAE).

Foothills United Way Board members are elected to three-years terms, and may serve up to six years consecutively.

In addition, the following current board members were elected as Board Officers:

-- James Williams II, University of Colorado, as Board Chair
-- Jeanine M. Figur, InfoPrint, as Vice-Chair
-- WIlliam (Bill) Unger, Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp., as Secretary/Treasurer
