The Boulder Market Center of Keller Williams Realty announced that
Carol Ziegenhagen has been awarded two advanced designations: Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation, awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, Inc. of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and EcoBroker ® designation, awarded by EcoBroker International.
Joining 32,000 real estate professionals in North America who have their ABR designation, Ziegenhagen was required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and a course focusing on a buyer representation specialty.
"We are proud of Carol and her achievement," said
Kay Bellhouse, Team Leader for the Boulder Market Center, 3005 Center Green Dr. #100. "She is reflective of the outstanding talent we have in the Boulder Market Center."
To complete the EcoBroker designation, Ziegenhagen had to successfully complete a training program on the energy and environmental issues that affect real estate transactions.
Ziegenhagen joins the movement of professionals pushing the real estate market toward energy-efficient, sustainable, and healthier design in homes and buildings. EcoBrokers throughout the country are forging this market and creating competitive advantages for their customers. With national surveys indicating that eighty percent of consumers consider themselves "green-minded," real estate professionals with the EcoBroker designation are in a better position to serve the real estate consumer.
"My EcoBroker training helps me ensure customer satisfaction," explains Ziegenhagen. "It allows me to better understand energy and environmental issues and to convey this to my buyers and sellers."
EcoBroker International's education and designation program is designed exclusively for real estate professionals who care about the environment and want to help their clients benefit from the energy-efficiency, "green," and healthier features of homes and buildings. EcoBroker provides a complete curriculum of energy and environmental training to licensed real estate agents.
