Before becoming a Realtor, Cohen worked for Wonderland Homes, which developed Anna's Farm in Lafayette, Colo. The builder was required by the City of Lafayette and Boulder County to offer a certain percentage of homes in an "affordable" price range in order to get permits. The City of Lafayette required that 10 percent of Anna's Farm's homes be in this price range.

"Very few residents in Boulder County know of this program," commented Cohen. "Prospective home buyers can have the pride of owning a house in a great neighborhood that they wouldn't be able to afford otherwise."
