The Boulder Market Center of Keller Williams Realty (3005 Center Green Dr., #100) announced that Realtor Bill Delacruz has joined its team. Formerly with the Bodin Team at Coldwell Banker, Delacruz has been a Realtor for nearly two years.
"We are thrilled to have Bill join our team with his extensive involvement in the community," said
Kay Bellhouse, the Market Center Team Leader.
An active member of the community, Delacruz served on the Boulder Valley School Board from 1997 to 2003; he was president of the board for two years. He also served on the Colorado State Board of Education and the governor-appointed "Closing the Achievement Gap" Committees. Due to his work in education, Delacruz received a Boulder County Pacesetter Award in 2003.
Currently, Delacruz sits on the board of directors for the Boulder Chamber of Commerce and is part of the standards for education review committee as appointed by the Commissioner of Education.
"I chose Keller Williams because I appreciate their core values that include business and family," said Delacruz. "I have been in Boulder for 30 years and really enjoy the quality of life here. I help my clients' dreams of home ownership become a reality."
