Human Rights Torch Comes to Denver April 5

T he Human Rights Torch Relay, an international campaign created to draw attention to human rights violations inside and outside China's borders, is coming to Denver April 5.

Human Rights Torch Relay Schedule of Events

Date: Saturday, April 5

Location: City Park (near the Denver Zoo)

5K Walk/Run
$25 for adults / $15 for seniors and students / Free for children 10 and under
8 a.m. - 11a.m.
Register today!

Rally
Begins at 11 a.m
Participants: Government Officials, VIPs, pro-democracy peace advocates, student organizations, spiritual and religious groups (Falun Gong, Christians, Tibetans, Darfur, Burma).

Live Music Concert
Begins: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Featuring 21 of Colorado's top performers and bands.

Candlelight Vigil
Begins at 8 p.m.
