Boulder TEC's Collision Repair students raced at Bandimere Speedway Memorial Day at high school drags. To qualify to be a driver of the two race cars students must have excellent grades, attendance and leadership in the class.

Casey Griebel, from Lafayette and Centaurus High School, went seven rounds and was in the top three.

Six other students also raced and were eliminated in earlier rounds.
