Comedy contest brings big laughs to Boulder

Are you ready to laugh out loud? Because Round 3 of The Boulder County Comedy Contest is right around the corner!!

Round 1 and Round 2 have seen two comics advance to the finals which will take place on May 1st. And you helped put them there by voting for our winners!

And this week we bringnine more comics to the stage to compete for cash prizes and the chance to be crowned Boulder's Funniest Comic for 2008!!

Join the fun on March 6th at 7:30 p.m. at Nissi's Supper Club Bistro! Get there early and enjoy a fantastic dinner from their diverse menu! Then, sit back and laugh your head off as 9 of Denver's funniest comics compete for YOUR VOTE and a chance at the title of Funniest Comic in Boulder County!

Host and emcee, Dan McGowan (Improv, Wits End, etc.) is joined by comics: Matt Baca, Jake Sharon, Stephanie Beninatti, Leif Nils Cedar, Bill LeBlanc, Ron Maranian, Bob Meddles, Steven Colorado and Jeff Levin. Headlining our evening (and not competing) is the Round One Winner, Ryan Lowery from Colorado Springs.

Nissi's is located at 2675 North Park Drive in Lafayette.
