Cline registers as sex offender

The man identified as a sexually violent predator has registered with the Boulder Police Department as required by law.

Scott Bryan Cline registered using the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless as his address, as was expected. Cline officially registered today after being release from the Department of Corrections on Saturday, Jan. 13. Cline is in compliance with the law requiring him to register one business day after his release because Monday was a holiday.
