Boulder County Sheriff's detectives have arrested Jonathan Allen Skinas, 22, a resident of Superior, for two unrelated incidents of Indecent Exposure. Mr. Skinas was booked and released from the Boulder County Jail on the misdemeanor charges on Monday, November 6 th, 2007.

It's alleged that Mr. Skinas exposed his genitals to three juvenile females while they were out walking near Rock Creek Circle and Coalton Drive in Superior on the evening of Saturday, September 22 nd, 2007. About a month later, one of the victims saw Mr. Skinas driving in Superior and obtained a description of his vehicle and a license plate number, information that led to his identification.

Subsequent investigation revealed that Mr. Skinas was likely responsible for a similar incident that occurred in Superior on Tuesday, June 20 th, 2006. In that incident, it's alleged that Mr. Skinas exposed himself to a 21 year-old woman while seated in his car near the intersection of Coalton Road and Indiana Street in Superior.

Mr. Skinas has a prior arrest history for a similar event that occurred in the City of Boulder in 2005 wherein he exposed himself to an off-duty Boulder police officer. He has cooperated with investigators, acknowledging that he may be responsible for other similar crimes, but cannot recall the details. The Sheriff's Office is providing his mug photograph (attached) in the hope that it may lead to the clearance of other reported and un-reported crimes.
